Go to Edit Profile under the Account dashboard page and click on Account setup option . There, you can change which email is linked to your account.

You can update any part of your profile through the Account page, under the Edit Profile tab. Fill in the new info in the proper fields, and your info will automatically be updated. Changes will be immediately visible on your profile.

You can have 1 main display photo that will show up in search results. You can also build out a private photo gallery with unlimited possible photos to show off your amazing self!
To change photos, go to your Account page and choose the Edit Profile tab and then Pictures / Bio from the left hand navigation. Here, you can upload new display photos or create your private gallery.

Because your security is important to us, we don’t hold actually hold credit card information within our system. If there are questions about your credit card information, we will contact you via email.

We offer several ways for you to connect with your dream date potentials. Different kinds of internal (Dream Mail, Connecting cloud {Joe insert cloud here}) and external email (Matches, Cloud Connection) are ways to contact others. You will receive emails from IDOU when someone wants to connect with you on the site and when we find someone we believe will be of interest to you.

The easiest way is to be more active on the site! Here are some tips:

• Be proactive in searching for new profiles to connect with.
• Keep your profile photo current.
• Connect with people from their profile page or send them Dream Mail.
• Be sure your profile is complete.
• Have your profile show off your unique features with custom content.

To customize the email messages we send you, click the unsubscribe options under the Account dashboard. Here you can view all of the email alerts we send and remove yourself from any or all of them.

A person has to be of legal age, 18, to accept the Terms of Use agreement prior to entering the site. The current upper age of 50 is set because the Dreams or images that can be created are those of people in their 20s-40s.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Paypal.
We do not accept money orders, checks, bank transfers, and certain debit cards may not work. Our goal is to make the payment process as painless as possible, see look for updates in the future!

Go to your Account page and click on the Edit Profile tab. Delete My Account is at the bottom of the page. Make sure it’s really what you want to do before you confirm! Once deleted, a profile cannot be restored, and if you want to rejoin the site, you’ll have to start from scratch.

We hate to see you go, but if it’s absolutely necessary, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the “Feedback/Help” link on the left side of the page. Select Subscription & Billing questions from the dropdown and let us know you wish to be removed from our site. Upon your request, your information will be deleted from our system. You will be able to use your account until the end of your subscription period. So don’t delete your account until you are sure you don’t want it, as there are no refunds for the current paid period.

Memberships come in 1, 3, and 6 month time periods. The longer the monthly duration, the less you pay per-month for your subscription. We auto-renew subscriptions, as noted in the site’s Terms of Use. If you want to end your subscription, click on the Feedback/Help tab and click on the Subscription & Billing questions. Tell us that you want to cancel and give us your name and username. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but will hope it’s because you met your Dream!

Dream Dollars are a special site-only currency. Once Dream Dollars are available, you can use them to unlock special features, like social sharing. You can purchase Dream Dollars when you want to send your created Dream(s) outside the site via email, posting on Facebook, and sending to Twitter followers.

Level 1 - Non-subscription: Non-subscribed members can:

• Make a full profile for FREE
• Build dream dates and keep in your Account
• Browse other Dream Profiles
• Send the cloud to other members asking to connect

Level 2 - Subscription: Subscribed members are able to:

• Privately connect with other Dream Profiles.
• Choose from a selection of messages to send to other users
• Use Twitter, Facebook, and email to share your created Dream(s) and have friends help you meet your Dream
• Post Dream(s) to Facebook
• Send Dream(s) to Twitter followers
• Send Dream(s) to friends via email
• Read and respond to private messages sent from subscribed users

Level 3 - Dream Dollars: As an alternate to a full subscription membership, you can use Dream Dollars to temporarily access the subscription site feature of interaction through social media channels.
