RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOW TO WIN
The contest prizes consist of two (2) prize packages. Valid only one (1) prize package per winner. Two (2) winners shall each receive one (1)Apple iPad. Five (5) winners shall each receive $100. Contest is open to both new and existing iDreamofU (IDOU) members. Contest entrants must be US Citizens and be 18 or older to participate and/or be selected as contest winner.

In order to be eligible contestants must perform the following tasks:

1. Join iDreamofu.com by creating a profile.
2. Build and share at least one (1) dream date via the Social Media section of your IDOU dashboard.

 

Contestants will be randomly selected from all registered IDOU members. Upon selecting a winner IDOU will then verify if the contestant has actually shared their build on either Facebook or Twitter (or both). Of the randomly selected entrants, one (1) male and one (1) female will win an iPad while five (5) other entrants will each win a $100 Visa gift card.
 

Contest entry will begin on May 2nd, 2012 and close on June 1st , 2012. Winners will be contacted via email by June 8th, 2012. The contest is not open to staff of IDOU, or other employees working within other capacities of IDOU, their respective affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, or other representatives or agents, successors or assignees, members of those individual’s respective immediate families, or anyone with whom any of those individuals are domiciled.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless IDOU and each of its partners, affiliates, agents and its employees, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

IDOU assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms.
 

RIGHT TO CANCEL, CHANGE OR SUSPEND CONTEST
IDOU reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend the contest and its terms at any time for any reason.
 

Facebook is in no way associated with this contest. By entering you are providing your information to IDOU and not to Facebook. IDOU reserves the right to contact you via email for contest purposes and for future email promotions. Entrants always reserve the right to opt out of future contacting.
